Cancellation Policy
MUST CALL 647 924 7529 AND send an email to gigglesplayland@gmail.com with confirmation number, full name and date (LISTED ON THE INVOICE or work order SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL.) and wait for a return email that confirms your cancellation from our admin team.
Cancellations via phone calls/voice & text messages only are NOT accepted.

If you cancel more than 7 calendar days before your scheduled date, you are liable for deposit fee of $56.50 only.

If you cancel within 7 calendar days before your scheduled date, you are responsible for the full amount of your remaining balance.
​
Cancellations on the day of party or lack of attendance will be subjected to a $75 admin as well as 100% of remaining balance. No exceptions.

Food Policy
PEANUT FREE FACILITY - All food must be peanut free. Including snacks and drinks.
No alcoholic beverages allowed on premises.

Our commitment to health, safety and security
In response to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the local authorities. For up-to-date information and further details, please refer to the WHO and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Gigglesplayland has activated our corporate crisis response teams and has strong processes and support teams in place. All our staff members have been informed in detail on essential preparatory and prevention measures – ranging from hygiene measures including increased cleaning and sanitizing frequency to guidelines on how to handle suspected or confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) for quarantine purposes in cooperation with the local authorities.

Our cancellation policy

Giggles playland is constantly updating our cancellation policy to reflect the developments related to the COVID-19. Please note that we are in operation we have taken every measure possible to make everything safe for all our kids family members and staff if you wish to cancel that would be on your discretion please note cancellation policies are in effect and our doors will still be open for business.
