No Refund on Deposit:
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
(Even if you cancel more than 7 days before your event, the $56.50 deposit is retained.)

Wait for a confirmation email from their admin team — that email is your official proof of cancellation.
⚠️ Cancellations by phone calls, voicemails, or text messages alone are not accepted.
💰 Fees & Deadlines:

More than 7 days before your event:
You forfeit only your deposit fee ($56.50). -
Within 7 days of your event:
You owe the full remaining balance. -
On the day of the party or if no one attends:
You’ll be charged a $75 admin fee plus 100% of the remaining balance.
→ No exceptions.

🥜 Peanut-Free Facility:
Giggles Playland is a strictly peanut-free environment.
All food, snacks, and drinks brought into the facility must be completely peanut-free to ensure the safety of all guests. -
🚫 No Alcohol:
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
