Our facility is never shared and never open to the public during your event. 🧦 Socks Required: All kids and adults must wear socks for play. No shoes allowed in food or play areas! 🕒 How Your 3-Hour Party Flows When you arrive (15 minutes before your party), you’ll be greeted at the door by John. He’ll sign you in, go over your written party schedule, and provide your arcade gaming tokens so everything is ready to go. Just ask John — he’ll take great care of you from start to finish! First Hour – Arrival, Play & Food Time Guests arrive, kids jump straight into play, and food is served while everyone settles in and enjoys the party atmosphere. Second Hour – Cake, Coffee & Celebration This hour is dedicated to cake cutting, coffee for parents, photos, and celebrating the birthday child with family and friends. Third Hour – The Grand Finale! 🎶 IT'S DANCE PARTY TIME 🕺💃 Now the real fun begins! John takes over with his MC ENERGY conga line and Cha Cha SLIDE 🥳 Night Glow Video Dance Party — lights, music, videos, and nonstop excitement that kids and parents absolutely love. --- 🍕 🍕 Food & Drinks Outside peanut-free food and drinks are welcome! Bring birthday cake, snacks, drinks, or your favorite ethnic dishes (pizza, pasta, Indian, Filipino, Greek, Mexican & more). 🚫 No alcohol ⚠️ Strictly nut-free facility — unapproved items may be removed or subject --- 👟 Can I wear my shoes into the playground? NOPE! We are a socks-only playground, so we ask all guests to wear or bring socks to use inside our play area. If you forget, don’t worry — we have socks available for purchase for $2.50 per pair, or you can borrow a pair of our house slippers as you enjoyyourstay. Please make sure to return borrowed slipp to the front desk before you leave. Exceptions may be made for guests who use a medical or assisted walking device that requires indoor shoes. Please speak to a team member if this applies to you. 👶 Is there an age limit for kids? There’s no age limit, but our playground is best suited for children ages 1 to 9. 🛑 Cancellation Policy – Please Read Carefully If you need to cancel your event, please follow the instructions below. 1. How to Cancel You must contact us to officially cancel your booking. ✅ Option 1: Call or text 647-924-7529 and we’ll send you cancellation instructions. ✅ Option 2: Email gigglesplayland@gmail.com with the following details: Your Event Date and time Your full name Your event date (as listed on your confirmation text) Please wait for a confirmation email from our admin team verifying your cancellation. ⚠️ Important: Cancellations made only by phone call or voicemail are not accepted. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your event is not cancelled. --- 2. Cancellation Fees More than 7 calendar days before your event: Your deposit of $56.50 is non-refundable, but no additional charges will apply. Within 7 calendar days of your event: You are responsible for the full remaining balance. On the day of your event or “No Show”: A $100 administrative fee
