Service Description

Important: 100% Private Venue 1 party at a time.. Never shared, Never Open to Public. All kids and adults must wear socks for play. No shoes!🧦 Typically, As soon as you arrive we will have a written note schedule for you. Ask John He'll take care of you. Normally. during the first hour, kids will play while parents set up the party room and welcome their Guests. The second hour will consist of 45min for eating the 3rd hour is When the real fun begins? That's When John takes over with his MC & Dj skills. And starts the Night Glow Video Dance party.. ... So amazing for everyone. YES outside food or drinks are permitted, sorry no alcohol is allowed.. You can bring Lechon . cake, veggie platters and fruit platters chips You get the idea as long as everything is (NUT FREE) with our booked Birthday Party Room – we reserve the right to ask you to remove any outside food and/or a service fee will be charged. We are a NUT-FREE environment, so please do not bring any products that contain nuts or nut-butters into our building.  Can I wear my shoes into your playground? NOPE ! We are a SOCKS-ONLY playground, and therefore we ask guests to wear or bring socks with them to use in our playground! If you forget we do have socks for sale for $2.50 +HST/pair or we have socks that you may borrow while you enjoy our playground area. Please make sure to return them at the front desk. Is there an age limit for kids? No there's no age limits for any kids But the store is set up for age.. 1 to 9 But you're guests and family can be at any age. An exception to the above rule may be made in the event that someone has a medical device or assisted walking device that requires them to use indoor shoes. Please come & speak to us if you have any questions! A non-refundable deposit $56.50 is required at time of booking. All deposits must be made 65 max

Cancellation Policy

MUST CALL 647 924 7529 AND send an email to gigglesplayland@gmail.com with confirmation number, full name and date (LISTED ON THE INVOICE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL.) and wait for a return email that confirms your cancellation from our admin team. Cancellations via phone calls/voice messages only are NOT accepted. ​ If you cancel more than 7 calendar days before your scheduled date, you are liable for deposit fee of $56.50 only. ​ If you cancel within 7 calendar days before your scheduled date, you are responsible for the full amount of your remaining balance. ​ Cancellations on the day of party or lack of attendance will be subjected to a $75 admin as well as 100% of remaining balance.
