Cancellation Policy
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT PLEASE READ . MUST CALL or text 647 924 7529 AND we will send you instructions or send an email to gigglesplayland@gmail.com with confirmation number, OR full name and date (LISTED ON THE CONFIRMATION SENT TO YOU VIA TEXT MESSAGE.) and wait for a return email that confirms your cancellation from our admin team. Cancellations via phone calls/voice messages only are NOT accepted. IF YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION YOU'RE NOT CANCELED! EMAIL gigglesplayland@gmail.com If you cancel more than 7 calendar days before your scheduled date, you are liable for deposit fee of $56.50 only. In other words NO refunds on the deposit. If you cancel within 7 calendar days before your scheduled date, you are responsible for the full amount of your remaining balance. Cancellations on the DAY OF YOUR EVENT or lack of attendance aka NO SHOW will be subjected to a $100 admin as well as 100% of remaining balance. No exceptions. Thank you. Giggles Playland Inc.
