Cancellation Policy
🛑 Cancellation Policy – Please Read Carefully If you need to cancel your event, please follow the instructions below. 1. How to Cancel You must contact us to officially cancel your booking. ✅ Option 1: Call or text 647-924-7529 and we’ll send you cancellation instructions. ✅ Option 2: Email gigglesplayland@gmail.com with the following details: Your Event Date and time Your full name Your event date (as listed on your confirmation text) Please wait for a confirmation email from our admin team verifying your cancellation. ⚠️ Important: Cancellations made only by phone call or voicemail are not accepted. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your event is not cancelled. --- 2. Cancellation Fees More than 7 calendar days before your event: Your deposit of $56.50 is non-refundable, but no additional charges will apply. Within 7 calendar days of your event: You are responsible for the full remaining balance. On the day of your event or “No Show”: A $100 administrative fee
