Cancellation Policy
MUST CALL 647 924 7529 AND send an email to gigglesplayland@gmail.com with confirmation number, full name and date (LISTED ON THE INVOICE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL.) and wait for a return email that confirms your cancellation from our admin team. Cancellations via phone calls/voice messages only are NOT accepted. If you cancel more than 7 calendar days before your scheduled date, you are liable for deposit fee of $56.50 only. If you cancel within 7 calendar days before your scheduled date, you are responsible for the full amount of your remaining balance. Cancellations on the day of party or lack of attendance will be subjected to a $75 admin as well as 100% of remaining balance. No exceptions. Thank you. Giggles Playland Inc.
