Not sure where to start? Is your child’s party coming up and you haven’t planned it yet? Don’t worry — we’ve got you!! — most parents feel the same way. we’ll guide you through everything step by step! Let me help answer some questions for your reservation How do I book a party? Booking is easy! 🎉 Start by letting us know your child’s birthday date, whether you’re looking for a Saturday or Sunday, and if you prefer an afternoon or evening time slot. If you have a party theme in mind, let us know — we’ll take it from there! 2. How much is the deposit? To save your party spot, a $56.50 non-refundable deposit is needed — easy peasy! 🎈 Just click “Check Dates / Availability” to fill out your party details, 3. Is Giggles Playland private? Yes! We host one party at a time, so the entire venue is 100% private for you and your guests. 4. How long is each party? Each party is 3 hours long, with available time slots: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Saturdays & Sundays) Friday's 5:00 PM - 800 PM 5. How early can we arrive? You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to set up. 6. Can we bring our own food or decorations? Yes, outside food and nut-free treats are allowed. Balloons and simple decorations are welcome — just no confetti or glitter, please or pinatas thanks 7. What’s included in the party package? All packages include private venue use, tables, chairs, play structures, music, game Tokens. and cleanup. Combos may include extras like decorations or MC entertainment. 8. What if we need to cancel? Deposits are non-refundable, please read the cancellation policy on each combo page but we may offer rescheduling options talk to John for every problem there's a solution we'll work together if notified in advance and availability allows. 9. How many guests can we invite? Up to 25 kids and 40 adults maximum. 10. Do you accommodate special needs? Absolutely! Giggles Playland is an inclusive space where children of all abilities can play, celebrate, and have fun. 🎯 My Recommendation If you’re planning a birthday party, kids event or family gathering and want a private, contained venue in the Toronto/Scarborough area, this is a very good option. Cancellation Policy
🛑 Cancellation Policy – Please Read Carefully If you need to cancel your event, please follow the instructions below. 1. How to Cancel You must contact us to officially cancel your booking. ✅ Option 1: Call or text 647-924-7529 and we’ll send you cancellation instructions. ✅ Option 2: Email gigglesplayland@gmail.com with the following details: Your Event Date and time Your full name Your event date (as listed on your confirmation text) Please wait for a confirmation email from our admin team verifying your cancellation. ⚠️ Important: Cancellations made only by phone call or voicemail are not accepted. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your event is not cancelled. --- 2. Cancellation Fees More than 7 calendar days before your event: Your deposit of $56.50 is non-refundable, but no additional charges will apply. Within 7 calendar days of your event: You are responsible for the full remaining balance. On the day of your event or “No Show”: A $100 administrative fee
