๐ How Your 3-Hour Party Flows When you arrive (15 minutes before your party), youโll be greeted at the door by John or his amazing assistant. Heโll sign you in, go over your written party schedule, and provide your arcade gaming tokens go over a couple playground rules so everything is ready to go. Just ask John โ heโll take great care of you from start to finish! First Hour โ Arrival, Play & Food Time Guests arrive, kids jump straight into play, and food is served while everyone settles in and enjoys the party atmosphere. Second Hour โ Cake, Coffee & Celebration This hour is dedicated to cake cutting, coffee for parents, photos, and celebrating the birthday child with family and friends. Third Hour โ The Grand Finale! ๐ถ this is when my assistant will set up your loot bags that you provided us then it's time for the celebration to kick in IT'S DANCE PARTY TIME ๐บ๐ Now the real fun begins! John takes over with his MC ENERGY conga line and Cha Cha SLIDE ๐ฅณ Night Glow Video Dance Party โ lights, music, videos, and nonstop excitement that kids and parents absolutely love. How to Cancel You must contact us to officially cancel your booking. โ Option 1: Call or text 647-924-7529 and weโll send you cancellation instructions. โ Option 2: Email gigglesplayland@gmail.com with the following details: Your Event Date and time Your full name Your event date (as listed on your confirmation text) Please wait for a confirmation email from our admin team verifying your cancellation. โ ๏ธ Important: Cancellations made only by phone call or voicemail are not accepted. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your event is not cancelled. --- 2. Cancellation Fees More than 7 calendar days before your event: Your deposit of $56.50 is non-refundable, but no additional charges will apply. Within 7 calendar days of your event: You are responsible for the full remaining balance. On the day of your event or โNo Showโ: A $100 administrative fee
