If you need to cancel your event, please follow the instructions below. It's important to understand our cancellation process and fees to avoid any surprises.
1. How to Cancel
You must contact us to officially cancel your booking. Choose one of the options below:
Option 1: Call or Text
Contact us directly and we'll send you cancellation instructions.

Your event date (as listed on your confirmation text)
Important:
Cancellations made only by phone call or voicemail are not accepted. You must receive a confirmation email from our admin team verifying your cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your event is not cancelled.
2. Cancellation Fees
Your cancellation fees depend on when you cancel relative to your event date:
More than 7 calendar days before your event
Your deposit of $56.50 is non-refundable, but no additional charges will apply.

Within 7 calendar days of your event
You are responsible for the full remaining balance.

Full Amount Due
On the day of your event or "No Show"
An additional $100 administrative fee will be charged.
